Esap Csr Coordinator - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Club Med
Description
Main Missions:
- CSR Coordination:
- Ensure the implementation of the defined CSR strategy_
- Product:
- Be support of the Product & Services team for the integration of the CSR stakes worldwide and specific to the BU in the definition and deployment of the product_
- Animate sustainability within guest experience in Club Med resorts (ex. coordinate the organization of green weeks in resort, supervise the deployment of green experiences)_
- Operational implementation of the resorts:
- Ensure the installation of the necessary equipment for resorts opening_
- Support the operations in the deployment of products and services as part of these openings_
- Responsible operation of the resorts:
- Maintain and develop the approaches of the resorts being already certified with Green Globe (deploy the existing methodology)_
- Set up the approach for the resorts not yet certified (deploy the existing methodology)_
- Report the progress to the BU and Corporate_
- Support for local initiatives:
- Research and plan the implementation of partnership projects for environmental protection and development near the resorts of the BU_
- Coordinate solidarity projects via the Club Med Foundation_
- Support local teams to set up quality partnerships_
- Methodology:
- Be proactive and participate in the continuous improvement of the worldwide methodology for managing responsible resort operations, in collaboration with the Corporate sustainable development manager._
- Promotion of CSR commitments:
- Be the interface with marketing and Product and Services for the visibility of the resort commitments as well as the BU_
- Develop the resort signage in conjunction with marketing and Corporate CSR communication manager_
Background:
- CSR related studies, or relevant professional experience in sustainability
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of sustainability or associated sectors
Soft skills:
- Capacity in project management, coordination of multiple actors
- Capacity to work autonomously with the respect of the timeline
- Curious & open mindset
- Spirit of initiative, proposal
- Capacity to create a concept and drive operational deployment

Language:
Fluent English, additional language is a plus
