OBJECTIVES OF POSITION

To assist the department in the sales and marketing of ARIM funds and to implement the department tasks and plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION

Formulate marketing strategy and relationship management.
Taking a proactive role in the formulation of creative marketing strategy and planning the activities according to schedule to achieve annual sales target.
To build up and maintain high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching the staff in the sales & marketing division.
Arrange and lead new business meetings, delivering sales presentation professionally.
Develop and enhance business relationships fostering existing and new business.
Analyse advertising opportunities and propose campaigns where strong ROI is expected, oversee marketing materials and Company website content.
Maintain good relationships and network with existing and potential clients.
To deal and negotiate effectively at all levels and conduct presentations at the top management level (internal & external).
Lead the digital marketing and engagement strategies in all technology aspects.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

Degree/Professional Qualification or its equivalent in relevant discipline i.e. Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration from recognized university by Government of Malaysia.
A minimum of six (6) years' experience in the capital market industry, whereby at least two (2) years at managerial capacity.
Holds FIMM and Capital Markets Services Representative's License (a must).
