- Negotiation Skills:
- Negotiating pricing and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Ensuring that pricing strategies align with company goals and market trends.
- Sales Planning and Goal Achievement:
- Developing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets, including:
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborating with supervisors and teams to develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Setting clear sales targets and implementing action plans to achieve them.
- Performance Analysis:
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Staying informed about market trends, industry events, and competitors, the duties include:
- Attending industry events and exhibitions to explore new client acquisition opportunities.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis to identify market gaps and potential threats.
- Contract Negotiation and Deal Processing:
- Managing the negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients, the responsibilities involve:

Requirements:
- At least 3 years sales experience
- Must speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
