• Analyzing valuation and returns
• To manage due diligence process and negotiation support;
• Negotiating transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents
• Dealing with structuring and other transactionrelated matters
• Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
• To ensure the potential deals complied with all relevant guidelines and laws as well as complied with the disclosure requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities both local and overseas, where applicable; and
• To undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO from time to time.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Preferably with minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate finance and/or related field;
• Experience in Investment Bank / Hedge funds will be an added advantage
• A selfmotivated team player; meticulous, organized, able to learn quickly and independently
• Able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
