    Description

    Eligibility

    • Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the club you are assigned to.

    Availability

    • Willing to work a flexible schedule and one day of the weekend.

    Other Willingness Requirements

    • Willing to work as part of a team and can also complete work independently or alone.
    • Willing to move through a club for most of a shift to help members and accomplish work goals.

    Experience

    • At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry is a plus.
    • Fitness industry experience is NOT required.
    • Job assets (e.g., additional experience or qualifications that are nice to have; not required).

    Education

    • High school or secondary school diploma equivalent, or above.

    Responsibilities

    Sales and Customer Service

    • Assist the Club Manager in creating dynamic and diverse marketing and outreach campaigns for member acquisition and brand awareness.
    • Assist the Club Manager to establish targeted campaigns for member acquisition, personal training promotion, and group class promotion based on key metrics, statistics, and initiatives.
    • Assist the Club Manager to promote the club services at events and promotional functions.
    • Assist the Club Manager to ensure that prospects and customers receive exceptional customer service at all levels of club operations.

    Member Experience and Community

    • Support team members (e.g., leading by example or coaching) to ensure a great member experience, including the relentless application of our P.L.E.A.S.E service model.
    • Lead dynamically by example by being visible on the floor to assess, anticipate, and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and members.
    • Address members' concerns and emergency requests with a high sense of urgency.
    • Increase brand awareness and acceptance in the community by cultivating inclusive relationships with partners and community influencers and seeking to engage with diverse community resources and programs.

    Working With Others

    • Retain supportive and productive relationships with all team members in the club.
    • Encourage and collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal member experience and support all club operations.
    • Collaborate across clubs on related topics of customer service, operations, and sales/marketing.

    Operations

    • Assist the Club Manager to manage whole club performance in accordance with goals (sales, budget, etc.).
    • Assist in planning and executing quarterly and annual marketing and outreach campaigns.
    • Assist the Club Manager to understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
    • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
