Position :
Sales Support Admin


Tenure : 12 Month contract ( Renewable Basis)

Working Location :
Petaling Jaya


Working Mode :
Hybird


Salary :
RM RM 5000


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure highquality service delivery to internal stakeholders and customers, meeting satisfaction levels.
  • Execute administrative activities with clear communication and efficiency for stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate administrative resource capacity across the cluster, including outsourcing activities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices in service administration.
  • Develop and deploy visual management and reporting with relevant metrics.
  • Foster strong collaboration among service administration teams in the cluster.
  • Take on additional roles, such as Sub Process Driver or Process Super User, as needed.

Job Requirement

  • University Bachelor's degree in technical or business disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in administration, preferably across boundaries.
  • Proven experience in service administration or related roles
  • SAP will be an added advantage

Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
