Description

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing them with exceptional recruitment services.

Managing the entire recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers.
Proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base through networking and business development activities.
Keeping uptodate with industry trends and market insights to provide clients with valuable recruitment advice and guidance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to utilize various sourcing strategies effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering highquality recruitment solutions.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
A selfmotivated and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
