Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage team of telesales consultant, including training, coaching, performance management to drive individual and team performance.
  • Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals and monitor team progress towards achieving them.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and trends, such as call volume, conversion rates, revenue, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes, tools, and techniques and make recommendations to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance review, provide feedback and develop initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the telesales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective lead generation and campaign execution, and provide insights on customer needs and preferences.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and highperformance culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Establish a good relationship with paid users through telephone and online communication, and actively provide paid users with periodic onetoone learning services
  • Supervise paid users to learn, provide feedback and suggestions on learning, answer users' problems in the learning process, and help students achieve their learning goals
  • Be responsible for the renewal performance of paid users and improve the renewal rate of users
  • Complete the work plan and monthly renewal sales tasks on time, and maintain the student database
  • Improve customer satisfaction and expand customer resources, and promote recommendation and referral among users
  • Regularly participate in meetings and training, complete daily sales reports and other work
  • Undertake and complete any other tasks in relation to the effective delivery of the job expected of an Education Consultant as determined and directed by the Company from time to time

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a telesales manager or in a similar sales management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experienced in education, BPO, property, finance, insurance or any other relevant field will be an advantage.
  • Indepth knowledge of telesales techniques, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Resultoriented and able to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
