PURPOSE
To act as the Account Manager report to Director Agency Distribution
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for accountable for sales production and recruitment performance on budgeted production / recruitment numbers
- Organizing agency activities that lead to sales and recruitment results
- Conduct meeting, training and reviews
- To monitor agency activities, sales and recruitment and to ensure no misconduct or missselling from the agency force
- Participate in seminars, workshop, clinic, BOP and forum to cater needs arising from the agents
; Requirements:
- QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
- Diploma holder or equivalent with 5 years of experience from insurance industry.
- Good personality
- Matured
- Can articulate well
- Experienced in Sales from any financial institution background
- With Insurance industries background preferred
