Description
"- Assist client-users in to raise Incidents/Tickets for system issues (SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, other) and Request for activities that need Level 1 supports (eg:
data extraction, house-keeping activities, health checks etc). - Raising of Change Requests and supporting Business Process (includes understanding and finalising business requirements from user and translate the business requirements into the correct documents. Includes CR's for SAP and all global solution's.
eg:
Config Request, Batch Job Request, Custom Dev, ENHC, Master Data update, Role Request, etc.)
- Follow up on closure of CR's and Tickets (demonstrate operational service quality)
- Where applicable support users to access knowledge base as first level of support
- Support market users in L1 support for legacy solutions
- Support Business focal points market on Continuous Improvements
- Unit testing system changes
- Liaise with Vendors to monitoring and clarifying business requirements and ensure service delivery
- Attend meetings to review CR's and progress
- Provide support services for SuccessFactors clients
- Learning continually and certifying in new technologies
- Gaining more SuccessFactors knowledge and experience
- Attending and participating in internal knowledge sharing sessions.
Provide IT Service.

- SAP ERP system.
