Business Officer - Muar, Malaysia - VTECH COMMUNICATIONS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD
Description
Build sound relationship with all customers by setting clear and reasonable expectations- Oversee budgetary cost, coordinate and deliver quality products and services to assigned customers
- Ensure on time delivery and strive to achieve forecasted shipment plan in early month
- Responsible for RFQ process, compile BOM costing, evaluate and monitor cost competitiveness
- Forecast client's business growth and sales based on business roadmap
- Coordinate with Cross Functional Team (CFT) to ensure smooth launching of New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Monitor internal costing against quoted pricing and sustain account profitability in fiscal management
- Closely monitor on account receivables (AR) aging schedule
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering or related field of study
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry or related field
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- SAP (added advantage).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good computer skill especially in Excel for BOM analysis
