Our modern facility in Kuala Lumpur is dedicated to providing compassionate care with the support of our qualified nursing staff and well-trained assistants.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage endtoend payroll processing, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  • Oversee attendance verification and leave management, maintaining uptodate records.
  • Support HR administration processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, including handling claims with Perkeso and insurance providers.
  • Maintain employee records and handle general HR correspondence.
  • Facilitate orientation and training programs for career development of our nursing staff.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in departmental goalsetting and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or related field.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detailoriented and organized.
  • Own transportation required.

RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
