Role:
IT EXECUTIVE

Job Goals
Responsible for IT Services support with ticketing system and troubleshoot IT related problem.

Administration and maintain systems, provide technical assistance on IT Infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


  • IT Administration for all the IT Services.
  • IT Hardware and software support and troubleshooting based on user request with ticketing system.
  • Diagnoses, identify and troubleshoot Hardware and Software Systems issue.
  • Assist with Business requirements based on our IT standards and guidelines.
  • Network administration and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members and document to ensure all IT services is up and running.
  • IT asset management including IT asset tagging and hardware disposal.
  • IT and procedures documentation.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
Up to RM3,500.00 per month
