JOB VACANCY
POSITION - PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - PULAU INDAH, PORT KLANG
SALARY - RM 4000

1 Source and negotiate with suppliers on materials purchase prices, payment terms & conditions.
2 Perform purchase delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of materials.
3 To monitor purchasing activities.
4 To upkeep all records and document under purchasing department in proper filing system (ISO).
5 To monitor and provide all purchasing information and report to immediate superior
6 Manage suppliers for on time delivery and quality products
7 To follow up import and export shipment to ensure no delay on shipment arrival and departure.
9 To travel to supplier's premises to purchase spare parts on the spot when necessary
10 To assist in stock take process
11 To update costing from time to time
12 Stay up to date on industry trend and new products.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
