Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Front Office Manager in daytoday Front Office operations.
  • Effectively manages and oversees the daily operations of the Front Office.
  • Supervises room reservations and the allotments to ensure maximum yield is achieved.
  • To manage the guest experience by representing the Hotel in resolving any guestrelated issues and ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
  • Develops highquality relationships with guests throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.
  • Represents the Management in resolving any guest or propertyrelated issues after office hours.


  • Minimum 3 years working experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or similar capacity in a 4star Hotel.
  • Able to work flexible and extended hours.
  • Able to work independently and as a team, resourceful, highly motivated, and resultsoriented.

From RM2,500.00 per month


  • Rotational shift


  • STM/STPM (preferred)


Front Office: 3 years (preferred)
