Description

The position will be situated under the
Homecare Operation Department of Coway Malaysia, office based in
Ilham Tower, Kuala Lumpur.

**Job scope:
- *
  • Handling Customer Satisfaction result for improvement if the service quality of HT organisation.
  • To check and process organisation claims and before proceeding to payment.
  • Manage, monitor and improve monthly Care Service.
  • Handling tag management customer enquiry related to Care Service.
  • Prepare periodic report and meeting minutes to internal stakeholder.
  • Involve in organisation recruitment program.
  • Support general office operation and adhoc tasks.

Requirement:

-
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    :Excel Reporting, PowerPoint Skills, Administrative Skill, Communication Skill.
  • Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable in working as part of the team in order to meet reporting deadline.

Job Types:

Salary:

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
