a) Job Responsibilities:


Financial Planning

  • Provide routine business reports & forecasts of P&L, BS & CF with prudent analysis. Consolidate and analyze all financial reports as needed.
  • Design and develop financial models, analysis tools and reporting formats in financial reporting/ planning/business analysis. Design and communicate financial analysis templates/models to ensure consistent review and assessment of performance etc.
  • Lead the annual operational plan and work closely with management teams and business partners in developing and supporting their operating plans.

Financial Analysis

  • Provide financial insights (MPR commentaries) into the monthly performance by reviewing salient Key Performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Measure and analyze financial information including business KPIs that assist management in fulfilling the goals of the Company.
  • Leads & champion all cost reduction initiatives for overall Group.
  • Analyze the Return on Investment, profitability analysis product, business etc.
  • Enhance decision making through rigorous, consistent and datadriven financial analysis.

Business Partnering and Finance Operations Management

  • Review the monthly forecasts for the Group and providing signals on trends of KPIs to the Leadership Team.
  • Contribute to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decisionmaking as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
  • Review and analyze the proposed Sales & Marketing promotions and programs and ensure results are monitored and evaluated versus expectations/budget.
  • Provide relevant consulting for new business channel planning and analyze performance.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate adhoc requirement for business management, suggest and conduct added analysis such as ROI, financial analysis, strategic analysis, and KPI analysis.
  • Coordinate with local and regional Finance teams on all matters relating to financial planning & reporting.
  • Works closely with Supply Chain and IT to ensure that technology development within the organization is optimized to help us improve efficiency in cost & time management.

Internal Controls and Risk Management

  • Enable a better understanding of where the business is heading, including risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance of tax and all statutory requirement.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls within the Group, ensuring full compliance to internal policies and procedures, including statutory requirements.

b) Job Requirement:


  • Min 8 to 15 years of experience in Finance/Accounting & Planning. Exposure in audit is a must and Big 4 is of advantage.
  • Possess a Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong university degree qualification. A member of internationally recognized accountancy qualification is a MUST, i.e. CPA, FCCA or equivalent
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills, gathering and interpreting data
  • Analytical thinking and good problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to the details and result oriented

Salary:
RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
