WHAT YOU HAVE:

25 years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
Understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
Experience with GIT, Azure, TFS or similar.
Experience troubleshooting and investigating production issues.
Autonomous thinking and proactive approach to investigating and discovering solutions.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field from an accredited university.

OUR TECHNOLOGIES:

SQL Server, T-SQL, Azure, Redgate, Visual Studio.
Net, C#, Visual Basic.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Troubleshoot production issues and identify solutions
Create database objects such as tables, views, database tuning / optimization
Analyze requirements and design technical solutions based on business requirements
Work with complex data sets and write SQL code, design stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, and constraints
Work with QA team to coordinate testing by providing test cases then reviewing results
Take part in team discussions of design of database solutions and data modeling

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:

Experience in UI, data warehousing experience, prior financial industry experience

SKILL:

Strong abilities with database design, access, and usage.
Strong experience with TSQL, SQL, MS Reporting Services, MS Analysis Services, MS Access, and SQL Server.
A high level of operating system and network knowledge.
A high level of networked environments, knowledge of the Internet, DNS and a general understanding of the various Internet protocols and routing.
Knowledge of financial transactions and accounting.
Knowledge of the foreign exchange markets is a plus.
