Description

Accountable for the quality control of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.


  • Responsible for QA/QC documents of the completed project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, noncompliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
  • To perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain highquality standards for all processes.
  • Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensuring compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
  • Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
  • Enhance employees' knowledge on quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all construction.
  • Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyse all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
  • Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection
  • Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications.
  • Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant.
  • Coordinate with the Consultant's representative and Site Incharge for Inspection
Job Requirements

  • Must possess Degree in Building / Engineering / Quantity Survey or other relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Primarily assist Project Director in the daytoday operation with respect to documentations.
  • Knowledge in Contract Management and Quantity Surveying is an advantage.
  • Fast learner with great sense of responsibility.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to Ketereh, Kelantan

RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
