OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (Remote + occassional hybrid)Overall purpose of the role
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support and Personal Assistant Function
- Assist in managing and organizing office documents, files, and records.
- Work closely with CEO, Operations and Program Manager to ensure smooth coordination of operational processes
- Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide bookkeeping support.
- Provide support for marketing activities to help progress KPIs.
- Assist with office work such as document printing, preparation, bills payment, banking errands or any adhoc task relevant to the CEOs daytoday activities
- Lead and manage minor projects e.g. book printing, event organising for 2030pax, etc.
- Assist the CEO during onsite events as required (i.e. trainings, workshops)
- Perform other tasks as assigned (Personal Assistant function), maintaining filing and organisation, purchase supplies, for the CEO's office.
- Foster positive communication and collaboration among team members and across departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with database management and data entry.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
