OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (Remote + occassional hybrid)


Overall purpose of the role

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support and Personal Assistant Function

  • Assist in managing and organizing office documents, files, and records.
  • Work closely with CEO, Operations and Program Manager to ensure smooth coordination of operational processes
  • Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Provide bookkeeping support.
  • Provide support for marketing activities to help progress KPIs.
  • Assist with office work such as document printing, preparation, bills payment, banking errands or any adhoc task relevant to the CEOs daytoday activities
  • Lead and manage minor projects e.g. book printing, event organising for 2030pax, etc.
  • Assist the CEO during onsite events as required (i.e. trainings, workshops)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned (Personal Assistant function), maintaining filing and organisation, purchase supplies, for the CEO's office.
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration among team members and across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite e

  • Familiarity with database management and data entry.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
