Job description
- Responsible for General Admin of the office (stationeries, printer & pantry supply, CCTV, IT asset)
- Sourcing and liaising with vendors
- Cleaner, Building Management, Car Park Management, TM, Jantzen, Ricoh, reno contractor, Delivery company.
- Liaising with local authorities with regards to the business license requirement/statutory compliance.
- Liaising with SG Finance team with regards to the payment of local invoices, preparing PO for suppliers (e.g. HCL).
- Going to the bank to bank in cheque / cash.
- Booking corporate hotels & transport for guests,
- Acting as HSE & fire safety representative for the MY office.
- Assist business managers to organizing internal events like CMEs, seminars, product launch, etc.
- Support business managers on sellin & sellout data entry monthly
- Assist business managers on CRM360 execution.
- Monitoring vendor working out of office hours (when necessary).
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies or relevant field
- At least 2 years relevant working experiences, especially in CRM
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Excel/Pivot table & VLOOKUP
- Able to start ASAP
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
