Description

Ability to Manage, Coordinate, and Lead day-to-day operations based on guidelines received from Management.

Lead and supervise all operational activities, including food preparation, service, kitchen operations, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and increase overall efficiency.
Provide strategic direction to the team and foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining hygiene, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local health codes and industry best practices.
Monitor product quality to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations.
Regularly conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Oversee inventory levels, ordering processes, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless supply chain and prevent stock outs or excess inventory.
Collaborate with the finance department to create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for the management team.
Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated workforce, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver excellent service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee growth and productivity.
Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Uphold health and safety standards for employees and customers, including training staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
