Description
Our Marketing team enables us to engage our communities effectively. This includes through online channels as well as in-store. We are looking for a passionate marketeer to join the team.

The role will involve planning and executing marketing plans as well as collaborating with various teams within the company and wide array of external partners.

Here is a glimpse of some of the day-to-day scope in this role

  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisations.
  • Managing all marketing related matters for promotions and campaigns across the board.
  • Managing and maintaining all social media platforms such as ads boosting, strategies, analysis and reporting.
  • Managing and maintaining company website, google my business, google reviews.
  • Managing the production of collaterals and other marketing materials necessary to promote the brand.
  • Oversee and execute marketing ideas that includes but not limited to branding, online marketing campaigns, AandP, PR, thirdparty collaborations and more.
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute online and onground activations and marketing activities.
  • Content creation for online and offline channels (catalogue/mailer, festive campaigns, fairs, taglines, EDM, social media, blog, website, etc).
  • Copywriting; Producing and proofreading copy.
  • Liaising with graphic designers and organising photoshoots as well as dealing with suppliers/vendors.
  • Arranging effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Support E-Comm by providing any form of digital marketing expertise or assistance.
  • Maintaining marketing calendars and managing expectations of marketing tasks and deadlines.
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring/studying competitors' activities.
  • Conducting marketing research to understand market demands and trends.
  • Maintaining marketing collateral requirements, visuals and assets, inventory process and marketing budgets.

; Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or any related majors/courses
  • At least 3 years' experience preferable to have developed a good base understanding on both digital and general marketing. Industry experience is an advantage.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and BM
  • Resourceful and independent
  • Must possess skills in office management software
  • An expert in digital marketing and social media management
  • Adobe CC knowledge will be a plus point
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
