Description
Providing professional customer services for airport check-in, arrival (including baggage-related matters), and departure (including overall responsibility for departure punctuality), as well as managing flights, handling passengers, and monitoring the collection of excess baggage and ticket sales.
- Maintain high situational awareness and work closely with our Ground Handling Agent and airport and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to administrative duties on a rotation basis, such as verifying invoices, project work, and report compilation, as well as providing IT support and other tasks related to flight filing, operations, and engineering matters.
- Support the Duty Customer Services Supervisor and Senior Customer Services Officers as and when required.
; Requirements:
- Outgoing and possess a strong customer service mindset, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
- Good time management skills and the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
