Role and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire business development life cycle, from lead generation to project acquisition.
  • Prepare and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation for bids, proposals, and contracts.
  • Develop persuasive presentations using PowerPoint to communicate our capabilities and solutions to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective business strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Leverage your industry experience to identify potential site construction opportunities and provide valuable insights.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within related industries.
  • Previous experience with developer companies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in preparing accurate paperwork and documentation.
  • Expertise in creating engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competition to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in site construction is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and project acquisition.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
