Build Customer Experience and Community- Create a worldclass customer experience and build engaged relationships with our customer community.
- Handle customer inquiries and lead them to purchase our products, aiming to achieve a high sales conversion rate.

Content Creation:
- Actively create content for the business,including collecting feedback from customers, liaising with affiliates/influencers, and designing posts.
- Manage Online Stores and Market places
- Setup online stores, manage product listings,and participate in marketing campaigns.
- Business Development Strategy
- Contribute to other relevant business development strategies to collaboratively grow the company.
; Requirements:
- Enjoys challenges and is focused on achieving goals.
- Able to lead and adjust to changes with flexibility.
- Enjoys interacting and communicating with people.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay.
- Skilled in using Google Drive tools like Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Proficient in utilizing basic designing tools such as Canva.
- Bonus: Previous experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
