RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1. Ensure timely preparation and submission of Group consolidation accounts and quarterly financial reporting. 2. Responsible for financial related activities including accounting, financial reports and analysis including preparation of company's budget. 3. Corporate advisory relating to business opportunities & planning, corporate proposals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 4. Directs and coordinate the Group's budgetary control system to assist management in controlling revenue and expenses. 5. Manage and supervise accounting team by developing a strong control environment and improve various processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Oversee the preparation of monthly reports, as well as financial statements for the Group to the prevailing Financial Reporting Standards. 7. Monitor and review the Group's treasury positions to ensure optimum cash flow management. 8. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, legal advisors and government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements. 9. Performs the preparation and issuance of the company's annual report in line with existing Listing's rules and regulations. 10. Responsible for costing related activities including adhoc enquiries. Provide guidance in product costing processes and structure. 11. Ensure timely preparation of comprehensive costing templates and exercise. Oversee the preparation of monthly reporting of inventory closing. 12. Able to communicate in Chinese language is an added advantage (To liaise with China Team)
