Customer Service Officer

Customer Service Officer


Type:
Full-time


Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 off days. (Each Shift is 10 hours with 1 hour break.)

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
  • Provide information on pricing, lanes, and services.
  • Manage reservations, handle transactions, and offer guidance.
  • Maintain clean lanes, shoes, and equipment.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Basic math and cash handling abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach.
  • Physical stamina for standing and light lifting.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
