Brand Marketing & e-Commerce ManagerSalary Range :
MYR 5,000 - MYR 6,000
Responsibilities:
1. e-Commerce
- Be the key person to manage the sales for the brand's ecommerce marketplace
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan campaign activities throughout the year
- Measure and report the performance of all campaigns on a weekly basis
- Monitor competitor activities and evaluate the trend in order to suggest strategic decisions
- Social Media Management
- Managing the brand's social media presence by coming up with monthly content plan and scheduling
- Managing the social media community on a daily basis
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to come up with social activations based on marketing calendar
2. Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid advertisement campaigns (Facebook & Instagram ads, TikTok ads, Google & Youtube ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Plan, execute and monitor influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Reporting of ad campaign performance (ongoing & completed) to key stakeholders
3. Offline and Events
- Explore opportunities with upcoming relatable trade shows & exhibitions that the brand can participate in.
- Plan and execute events & trade shows by liaising with the organizers
- Plan and execute POSM materials for instore marketing purposes
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years in ecommerce marketing and/or digital marketing roles
- Diploma or degree in advertising, communications or similar qualifications
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional team
- Experience with advertising tools and reporting platforms like Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, Google Trends, Meta Business Manager is a strong advantage
- Experience in creative copywriting is a plus
