Description
1.Lead outlet service crews to achieve Company's monthly sales target.- Perform recruitment to hire outlet service crew including managing the manpower
- Train and develop outlet service crews to be responsible and independent on their
- Monitor, analyze and control all labor and inventory costs. This includes reports
is maintained and improved.
- Conduct frequent checking of the outlet assets, including facilities and equipment
- Provide solution(s) to resolve issue(s) that arise from the outlet. This includes any
- Counsel and discipline outlet service crew when necessary.
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well
Job Requirements
- Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience preferably in managing F&B outlets & similar role in hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and be extremely customer focused.
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
- Basic Knowledge in computer.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary:
RM3, RM8,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- F&B Management: 5 years (preferred)

- Food Handling and Typhoid Injection (preferred)
