Responsibilities:

To initiate payment in group bank accounts
To maintain group fund budgeting data which update daily
To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters
To assist in daily operations, including consolidates receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into accounting system
To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate and complete
To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g., creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, production & logistic etc.)
Conducting review and evaluations for costreduction opportunities
Adhoc projects assigned
Assisting in preparation of budgets
Monitoring company account/financial healthiness
Track & recover debt
