Administrative Intern - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Five Guys Malaysia Sdn Bhd

SUMMARY:
This position is concerned with all administrative functions and general secretarial duties as required by the Assistant Director as well as coordination of the Five Guys Malaysia outlets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling and keeping track of appointments and various meeting schedules.
- Type reports, letter, memoranda and correspondence including those of a confidential nature for the Five Guys Malaysia and maintain files accordingly. Take down and transcribe dictation and minutes of meetings.
- Liaison with all other Five Guys Malaysia outlets and departments, (including accounting, purchasing and etc) for and on behalf of the Assistant Director.
- Answer and place telephone calls and arrange appointments for the Assistant Director and liaison with the concerned parties.
- Receive and screen office callers and visitors, schedule and set up appointments.
- Maintain adequate stock of office supplies, initiate necessary requisition for approval of the Assistant Director.
- Open, read, sort and record incoming Five Guys Malaysia mail, forward to personnel concerned, dispatch and record outgoing mail.
- Project an image of discretion at any time while maintaining good relations with all sections.
- Performs other duties as may be required by the Assistant Director.

- Liaise with suppliers.
- Participation as a team player within / inter department.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standard.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree student who required to perform internship by their university/college.
- Written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good typing and organizational skills as well as presentable.

Salary:
RM RM800.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
