Job Description

Description

Job Objective:

To source suitable tenants, initiate discussions with potential tenants, negotiate and finalize the Tenancy Agreement, and other related terms and conditions, respectively.

To liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on renewal terms and conditions for tenancy agreements.
To attend to tenancyrelated matters, be proactive in responding and follow up by maintaining a good landlordtenant relationship.
To conduct regular checks of premises to ensure tenants comply with all terms and rules stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement.
To plan and implement marketing activities, advertising, and promotional events.
To be involved in marketing surveys by studying property leasing and market trends analysis for rental rates, occupancy rates, and competitors' commercial or retail developments.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HOD.
