Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries and generate sales quotation.
- Process sales orders in a timely manner.
- Liaison with various vendors and principals for quotations and orders fulfilment.
- Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Follow up with the project team on document signed off by customer upon job completion.
- Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, and problems.
- Maintain the CRM and reporting systems to enable accurate reporting.
- Managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
- Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
- Any other matters pertaining to the sales activity.
Qualifications:
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Internship duration for 6 months.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Efficient in time management
