Key Responsibilities:


1.

Training Coordination:


  • Coordinate and schedule training programs for beauty consultants and employees in various areas of Training, such as Induction Training, Supplier Training, and product knowledge.
  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and reminders to participants.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials, including presentations, product samples, and handson activities.

Administrative Support:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate training records, including participant attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Prepare and distribute trainingrelated documents, such as training manuals, handouts, and assessments.
  • Organize and maintain training files, documents, and databases, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.

3.

Training Evaluation and Reporting:


  • Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Prepare comprehensive training reports, highlighting key metrics, participant feedback, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the cosmetic beauty industry or a similar field.
  • Indepth knowledge and passion for cosmetic beauty, including makeup techniques, skincare, beauty trends, and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Job Type:
Contract


Salary:
RM10.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 8 per week


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
