KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for M&E related drawings, documents and works to ensure conformance to the customers' technical requirements and company owned facilities and equipment for Construction Projects. Responsible for planning, design, development, implementation and completion of project.
  • Attend site meetings with consultants.
  • Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
  • Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
  • Prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials.
  • Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E work.
  • Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
  • Coordination of subcontractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
  • Able to support Safety Team by ensuring subcontractors comply with safety procedures and requirements.
  • Able to liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcon / clients on shop drawings, inspections, equipment submission, testing requirements and commissioning.
  • Able to carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection with RTO.
  • Any other duties assigned by Manager / Assistant Manager / Engineers.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:


  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in working at/with electric distribution utility.
  • Experience with Data centre project is considered as plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 18 months


Salary:
RM2, RM10,000.00 per month
