Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team specializing in various areas, including network infrastructure, system infrastructure, virtualization technologies, backup systems, migration, and hyperconverged technologies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery projects that may involve multiple technology domains or complex environment.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and processes to optimize project delivery and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, and timelines, and proactively address or mitigate any issues or potential risks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project updates if needed.
  • Identify team members' skill gaps and development needs then create professional development plans for team members.
  • Encourage and support ongoing learning and certification opportunities to foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
  • Assisting manager to set clear team objectives, performance goals, and KPIs

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, preferably in a similar industry for at least 3 years.
  • Strong technical knowledge in network, server, storage, migration, virtualization, and backup solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

Salary:
RM8, RM13,000.00 per month
