SAP Pre-Sales Consultant

Presales refers to activities carried out before a customer is acquired.

Presales Consultants work closely with sales and sales support team to ensure the proposed deals include SAP solutions that address the customer needs.


Actively participates in the pursuit /sales cycle from discovery to developing product demonstration (proof of concept) that tell the customer's story, in the proposed technology.


Duties / Responsibilities:


The presale consultant is an integral part of the sales team that responsible for business development and the sale of SAP solutions.

Ability to digitally engage with clients through MS Teams via remote presentations. Proficient with visual communication including sketching and whiteboarding techniques is a plus.

Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of bids RFI and RFP documents


Engage with clients in a consultative fashion as a true partner to define and implement short to long term roadmap for SAP S/4HANA & its ecosystem including leveraging Cloud, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.


Client relationship management to provide necessary support to the clients on their SAP initiatives including handling of escalations, providing architectural guidance etc.


Lead various solution initiatives within the SAP practice working in close collaboration with business units to develop market leading and differentiated offerings.

Work Experience


5+ years of presales experience is preferred, or 5+ years of deep solution knowledge from working with the applicable solution as an end-user, business analyst, professional services, product management, partner.

5 years of solution specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience in areas appropriate to the job

Expert knowledge/expertise on SAP solution and products.

Strong presentation skills and ability to present business solutions to senior executives as well as technology to engineers

Proficient in English and polyglot are more than welcome
