Description

• Identify opportunities to market the scarp car's services to existing and new clients and monitor and develop new services for the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding the scrap car services offered by the company. This may involve providing information about the process, pricing, documentation requirements, and any other relevant details.
• Prepare quotations for clients based on the evaluation of their vehicles and negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate the collection of vehicles from clients' locations, ensuring a smooth and hasslefree process. This may involve scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and overseeing the logistics of vehicle collection.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the client's satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand for scrap car services, and provide insights to the management team to support business growth strategies.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales roles is highly desirable. Experience in the automotive industry or scrap car services would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and an understanding of the car scrapping process in Malaysia would be beneficial.
• Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while maintaining a high output standard.
