List of studies:

  • Insurance, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, etc.
  • Actuarial Sciences
  • Computer Science
  • Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resources
  • Minimum duration 3 months up to 6 months
  • Scope of works varies in different departments.

Claims Reimbursement & Guarantee Letter (GL) - 3 months (KL only)

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • The intern will learn basic insurance and understanding its process.
  • Learn the process flow for each department.
  • Learn the claim entry and how to assess the case.
  • Learn to understand the data of membership.
  • Will work only during office hours for all position.

Medical Operations & Account Management - 6 months (KL only)

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Data analytics, industry benchmark for IHP (all clients) for past years 2020 till 202 drug formulary updates (major updates).
  • Data clean up and formulation for the excel sheets as stated above.

Information Technology - 3 months (KL & Penang)

Scope of Responsibilities (KL):

  • ReactJS / Typescript Software Developer (Internship).
  • Assist in building and maintaining new and current systems that is being used in JavaScript and Typescript languages.
  • Prepare technical and user documentation.

Scope of Responsibilities (Penang):

  • To assist in daily desktop support issue and new hire onboarding in both PG & KL offices
  • To assist in any other IT and Call Centre related ad hoc support task.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months


Salary:
RM600.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
