Position Overview

The position of Manager, Financial Analyst is needed to facilitate Investment, Fundraising and Financial Planning activities - to support the Company's growth in renewable energy sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to support investment and fundraising activities. Maintain responsibility for the accuracy and correct incorporation of relevant reports to such models. Propose and implement relevant sensitivity analysis.
Review key commercial terms to structure M&A deals and provide recommendations for pricing negotiations.
Assist in coordination with financial/tax due diligence for M&A transactions of renewable energy projects.
Advise internal stakeholders in understanding appropriate risk allocation, bankability of terms and conditions of various project contracts and provide general structuring advice and optimization of returns throughout the business development process.
Assist the CEO and CFO in various financial analysis, business planning and reporting.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in the field of Statistics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Finance or Accounting and Finance.

years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Equity Capital-Markets and Deal-making (typically in Investment Banks or CF units of major Accountancy Firms or reputable Strategic Management Consultants or Private Equity Firms)
