Full Stack Developer

2.0 JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position Description
Responsible for working on both front-end and back-end development processes. Design, develop, and maintain fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers.


Responsibilities:

• Working with technical analysts / developers to help ensure requirements meet the definition of ready
• Designing innovative solutions to meet the requirement either building from scratch, using existing services within the company or investigating external tools
• Communicating the approach with other developers to ensure agreement and understanding
• Implementing the design through the entire tech stack and all the way to postproduction support
• Mentoring and developing others within the team to aid their growth whilst ensuring the quality of the delivery
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design clientside and serverside architecture
• Document functional and technical design documentation

Good understanding of the business processes and IT life cycle

• Agile Delivery methodologies

• Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries

(e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, PHP, Laravel)

• Knowledge of multiple backend languages (e.g. C#, Java,

PHP, Laravel) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular,React, )

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache. NGINX) and UI/UX design
