Description

1) Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including sales, scheduling, staffing, and quality control.

2) Ensure efficient workflow to meet customer demands and deadlines.

3) Manage a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed.

4) Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain smooth operations.

5) Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

6) Led the service department, responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

7) Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and provide estimates for repairs.

8) Supervise a team of service advisors and technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

9) Develop and implement service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

10) Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to procure parts and equipment.

11) Direct and coordinate daily activities in the workshop to maximize productivity and efficiency.

12) Assign tasks to technicians and mechanics based on skill level and workload.

13) Monitor progress on repairs and maintenance jobs to ensure timely completion.

14) Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing staff.

15) Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues.

16) Any other task instructed by management.

17) Willing to work at Alor Setar, Kedah.

Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
