Responsibility 1. Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities. 2. Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities. 3. Provide expert tax advice to internal stakeholders on various business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, and restructuring. 4. Assist in tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position. 5. Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. 6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information. 7.Monitor changes in tax legislation and regulations, assessing their impact on the company's tax strategies and compliance. 8.Conduct tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities. 9.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tax management.

Requirements 1.Degree in relevant discipline and/or a professional qualification preferable in the areas of Finance / Accounting / Taxation 2.

At least 4 years of tax experience with at least - 2 years in a managerial role 3. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 4. Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements. 5. High technical ability and analytical skills 6.Proactive, innovative and self-driven 7.Strong leadership and team management skills
