Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Provide administrative support to staff and management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.

Act as a liaison between employees, management, and external stakeholders, handling communication and correspondence.

Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.

Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating benefits.

Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic financial tasks.

Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

Disseminate information to employees and ensure office policies and procedures are followed.

Provide assistance to clients or customers who visit or contact the office.

Address any office-related issues or concerns and find effective solutions.

Assist with IT tasks such as setting up computers and troubleshooting technical issues.

Interact with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.


Requirements:

Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of basic HR and financial principles is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
