Position:
Talent Acquisition Procurement Analyst

Location:
Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: 1 year contract - renewable basis

Remuneration:
RM 3,200 - RM 4,000

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality sources to provide desired flow of recruits, including agency management
Effectively market externally (professional networks, Social Medias, third party recruiters, search firms, vendors).
Promote and enhance internal referral program to encourage recommendations from staff.
Maintain and track recruiting KPIs e.g. cost per hire, Time to fill, Offer/Decline Leverage the company recruiting system

Job Requirements:

Skills and Experience;
An aggressive, high energy, driven and resilient recruiter who's done min 1 years of Technology Recruiting.
Work with the Recruiting Lead to partner the business to understand current and future demands
Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an everchanging environment
Experience in working or recruiting for a startup or high growth company
Comfortable talking to people of any level, whether it's in person, on the phone or in writing
Ability to work within a diverse team environment
