Description

The IT Service Excellence Analyst role at Cigna International Health involves monitoring and ensuring adherence to procedures, regulations, and industry standards within the organization.

This position is diverse, focusing on IT Processes, Service Excellence Metrics, IT audit requests, compliance assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and promoting automation with a forward-thinking mindset.

Working closely with IT teams, the Analyst maintains procedure documentation accuracy, fosters a compliance culture, and collaborates in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills are crucial for interfacing with various stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review procedure documentation to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with technology teams to address compliance issues
  • Maintain a repository of compliance findings
  • Identify risks in IT Infrastructure Services
  • Prepare monthly reports on IT Service status
  • Recommend process improvements
