    About the role

    NADDTECH SDN BHD is looking for an independent and results-oriented Marketing Senior Executive to take full ownership of our marketing function.

    This is a hands-on, one-person role where you will plan, execute, and manage all marketing activities — from digital campaigns and branding to events and creative design — for both our technology and F&B divisions, including Maruki Ramen Tokyo, our flagship franchise brand.

    You will be the key driver behind our marketing strategies, expected to deliver measurable results and build a strong brand presence across platforms.

    What you'll be doing

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Independently manage all digital marketing initiatives — including social media, online ads, and website content.
    • Create, schedule, and oversee engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
    • Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
    • Track and analyse campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable insights.
    • Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and partners as needed to support project delivery.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms.

    What we're looking for

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of proven marketing experience, ideally with exposure to F&B, retail, or consumer brands.
    • Demonstrated success in planning and executing campaigns independently.
    • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and brand development.
    • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva (or similar creative platforms).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Added advantage: Skills in graphic design, video editing, or event management.
