Description

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while also driving sales for our cleaning and repair services.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, FB messenger, and inperson with good command of at least 3 main languages in Malaysia.
• Provide accurate information about our products & services.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.

• Actively promote to new and existing customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the technician team to ensure smooth scheduling and good customer experience.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests.

• Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records.
• Arrange working schedule for onsite working staff

• Good command of Chinese, English and Malay language in both writing and speaking.
• Responsive to inquiry and can response in realtime
• Good attitude and courtesy characteristic are compulsory.
• Fast learner and humble
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with problem solving skills
• Familiarity with Johor Bahru map and travel distance will be an advantage
• Diploma or degree holder

• Low basic salary plus high commission payoff structure to make sure your every additional effort counted.
• Very light working at home is possible on Sunday or public holiday for additional salary. Workaholic will be considered first.
