Description

Oversee and manage daily accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, inventory, receivables, payables, commission, and incentives.

Plan and implement systems for financial operations in the office in accordance with the Finance Manual; including systems for cash flow management, budgeting, consolidation of accounting information, internal controls, financial reporting, financial recordkeeping, and compliance.
Prepare monthly management reports to the General Manager as required, including expenditures by cost/project and other financial information, in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare monthly standard financial and accounting submissions to General Manager for review, including general ledger files, account reconciliations, expenditures by cost project, as well as other financial information in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in developing annual fiscal year budgets together with the General Manager.
Continuously stay abreast with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations; compile and update applicable local policies; Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Get an unqualified opinion for annual audit report based on GAAP.
Maintain low tax deduction throughout the year. Manage tax deductable and claimable expenses.
Maintain banking relations and plan and monitor cash flow requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of projects and company.
Search and lock working capital and financial facilities in pursuing growth opportunities.
Provide detail assessments on each business units to measure future investment and verify revenue streams.
Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results compared to business plan (cost reduction & profit increment opportunities).
Other duties as assigned.
